SIGNATURE FULL-BODY CLASS

A cocktail of BOX, ROW, RIDE with circuits to give it that extra kick. It keeps your heart rate up, pushing you through constantly changing exercises, will definitely make you sweat and leave you buzzing well into the next day.

UP+CORE

CLASSIC UPPER BODY CLASS

This champions’ workout packs a punch with a mix of BOX, ROW and a circuit of upper body exercises to get you fighting fit. This class improves your balance, speed and coordination as you learn the basics of boxing. It boosts metabolism so that you’ll keep burning calories well after the class is over.

LOW+CORE

LOWER BODY BLAST

Targets legs, bum and core using a combination of ROW, RIDE and weights circuits. This class is guaranteed to improve strength, endurance and all-over firm and tone.

Bootcamp

OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP

A running bootcamp class where, come rain, snow or shine, we  are out working towards your fitness goal. A fabulous way to test your physical and mental strength in the great outdoors, this class pushes you to the limit and on the way you’ll shed calories, build endurance and gain a great sense of wellbeing.
